How To Become Happy

1. Be thankful. Be happy with it. Get rid of what you don't want. Don't try to become happy by getting more of something, try to become happy by getting less of something.

2. Smile everyday, such as smile the moment you wake up, smile as you put yourself to sleep, smile at everyone you meet.

3. Laugh. Ten minutes of laughter a day is all you need to ensure a life of contentment.

4. Positive thinking, speak only positive words. Every time you start to think or say something negative, stop. Change your sentences into the positive.

5. We must have a true love, good health and no money worries.

6. Do activities like watching TV, playing video games, eating, listening music, sleeping and other thing can make you relax.

7. Plan out something that you are sure, will make you happy.

8. So stay with happy people. If there are happy people around you, you will also feel happy everyday.

9. Try to keep the close and harmony relation with family and friends.

10. Enjoy and love you life.
